1. What is included in the wine tour package?

Each of our wine tour packages includes:

  • Private transportation in our well-maintained 11-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans.

  • A customized itinerary tailored to your group's wine preferences.

  • Complimentary bottled water - both sparkling and still.

  • Expert guidance and recommendations from our knowledgeable drivers.

  • Optional add-ons, such as gourmet picnics or extended tastings.

2. How long do the tours typically last?

Our tours generally last between 4-6 hours, but we can customize the duration to fit your schedule and preferences. Just let us know your desired start and end times!

3. Can we choose which wineries to visit?

Absolutely! We send out an intake form when you book to get an idea of your preferences, including favorite wine styles and any specifi wineries you’d like to visit. Based on your responses, we’ll go to work creating a proposed itinerary tailored to your tastes, which we will send to you for approval and any edits you desire.

4. Are the tours suitable for all ages?

Yes! While the wine tasting aspect is geared toward adults, families and groups of all ages are welcome and we know know how to select the most suitable wineries.

5. What if we have dietary restrictions?

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please inform us of any special requirements in the intake form when booking, and we’ll do our best to ensure a delightful experience for everyone.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for full refund if the tour is canceled more than 30 days prior to the date of service. Cancellations received within 30 days will require full payment. Should we cancel a tour or trip, the customer will receive a 100% refund of any monies paid. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

9. What should we bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.

  • Sunscreen and sunglasses, especially during warmer months.

  • You may bring snacks, however we ask that no food or beverage other than water is consumed in the vehicles.

10. Can we bring our own wine on the tour?

While we provide complimentary snacks and beverages, we do not allow outside alcohol to be consumed in the vehicle due to licensing regulations. However, you can purchase wine during the tour to enjoy later and we will keep it temperature controlled in the van while you taste!

11. What safety measures are in place?

Your safety is our top priority. We follow all local health guidelines, and our vehicles are regularly cleaned and sanitized, and operate in full compliance with the USDOT and the Federal Motor Safety Carriers Association. Additionally, our drivers are trained to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
